Connecting to Wi-Fi on your phone
- iPhone: Settings, then Wi-Fi. Make sure the switch is green.
- Android: Settings, then Network and internet or Connections, then Wi-Fi.
- Tap or click the network name, type the password exactly, then tap Join or Connect.
- Capital and small letters count. So do spaces.
- Still failing? Forget the network, then join it again with the password.

If no phone or computer in the house can connect, the problem is the router or the internet service, not your phone.
