Cropping a photo or screenshot

  1. iPhone: open the picture in Photos, tap Edit, then the crop icon, drag the corners, tap Done.
  2. Android: open Photos or Gallery, tap Edit, then Crop, drag the corners, tap Save copy.
  3. Windows: open the picture, click Edit image, drag the corners, then Save as copy.
  4. Mac: open in Preview, click the markup icon, drag over what you want, press Command and K.
  5. Quicker: Windows key, Shift and S on Windows; Shift, Command and 4 on a Mac.
Remember

Cropping only removes the edges. To hide something in the middle, draw a solid block over it with the marking tool.
